The automatic brush filter improves the shortcomings of other filtering equipment and has no need of backwashing water pressure. The brush cleaning device driven by reducer can effectively clean the filter screen and automatically discharge impurities.

AFS automatic brush filter adopts high strength stainless steel wedge net, which has the characteristics of high strength, large capacity, long service life and high cleaning efficiency. The machine adopts differential pressure control and timing control to automatically clean the filter screen. When the differential pressure transmitter monitors that the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the set value (generally 0.05Mpa) or the timer reaches the set time, the differential pressure transmitter or timer outputs the signal, and the electric control box drives the reducer to rotate, and at the same time opens the pneumatic blow down valve. The impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter screen are brushed by the rotating steel wire brush, and the impurities in the screen seam also enter into the screen through the hydraulic jet outside the screen, and are discharged from the sewage valve with the water flow. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer setting time is over, the reducer automatically stops running and the pneumatic blow down valve also closes automatically. In the whole process, continuous flow is realized to realize continuous and automatic production.
